      X2 Creative Space is located at No. 20 Chaling North Road (at the junction of Xietu Road) in Xuhui District. It was rebuilt from an old factory building in the late 1970s. The project was formerly known as the Yahua Printing Machinery Factory, the first printing industry joint venture in China. The project covers an area of 4178 square meters and a construction area of 13,000 square meters.

X2 Creative Space has provided an incubation platform for nearly 80 creative companies, including Tudou.com headquarters, Sequoia Capital Shanghai headquarters, China’s largest digital music content provider "Absolute House", and American Red, which has successfully invested in YAHOO and GOOGLE. Shan Fund, Ctrip Xiakexing Club and many other well-known enterprises. X2 Creative Space, as one of the key creative industry parks in Xuhui District, has been officially listed as the second batch of creative industry clusters in Shanghai by the Municipal Economic Commission in 2005. The park creates an output value of nearly 5 billion yuan per year and has nearly 2,000 employees. Employees provide employment opportunities, pay tens of millions of yuan in taxes to the state, and provide investors with an annual return on investment of about 25%.
